The NYU Shanghai IACUC takes all questions or concerns regarding our animal care and use program or animal welfare seriously. Instructions for reporting are covered during animal user training, as well as displayed in prominent locations within the vivarium.
Any inquiries or reports may be made in writing, by telephone, or in person to any of the following individuals/groups.
- Institutional Official
- IACUC Chair or any of the members
- Attending Veterinarian
- Area Manager
Anonymous reporting is possible by filling out this downloadable form and place it into the designated drop box within the animal facility.
All submissions will be kept confidential and processed following IACUC policy. No adverse actions will be taken against anyone making a genuine report.
