Lin Miao obtained his B.Sc and Ph.D. in physics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2010 and 2015. He joined New York University as a postdoctoral fellow since 2015 and during 2015-2017 he was also a joint postdoctoral scholar at Advanced Light Source, LBNL. He is interested in using the synchrotron based photoemission and x-ray scattering to study the new quantum phenomenon in the condensed matter physics.
