Xiao He, Professor in the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering at East China Normal University (ECNU) and a member of the Chemistry Center, has received the 2019 Chinese Chemical Society Tang Ao-Chin Youth Award in Theoretical Chemistry.
The Tang Ao-Chin Youth Award is highly competitive, with only 14 awardees in the past nine years. It is awarded to young scholars under the age of 40 who have made outstanding contributions to the field of theoretical chemistry. The 2019 award will be presented at the annual meeting of the Chinese Chemical Society in 2020.
In addition to receiving this esteemed award, Professor He is a recipient of the National Science Foundation of China (NSFC)’s prestigious Excellent Young Scientist Fund.
