About:
The Chenguang Plan is designed for young scholars who have good academic potential. This program is open to applicants from all research fields. Award recipients of this program will receive research funding of RMB 60,000 per project for natural sciences projects or RMB 20,000 for humanities & social sciences projects. The funding duration will be 24 months. For more information, please refer to the official announcement attached.
This is a quota-based program. Please notify us your intent if you are interested. An internal nomination will be organized if needed.
Eligibility:
- Applicants are under the age of 30 (born on or after January 1, 1994)
- Hold a Master’s degree or above
- Hold an academic title of Associate Professor or below
- Faculty members at NYU Shanghai
