ABSTRACT OF THE TALK
The migration strategy of a biological species is one of the key ingredients for the survival of the species. In this talk I will briefly discuss simple mathematical models and their properties in the context of competition and chemotaxis models. We will also briefly discuss about thermal diffusion which is a chemistry version of the theory.
BIOGRAPHY
Yong Jung Kim is Professor of Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. He received his Ph.D. in Mathematics at University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA.
