About:

NSFC collaborates with relevant sectors, provincial governments and enterprises to establish the Joint Funds, supporting basic research in agreed scientific and technological fields.

NSFC and Shanghai Shuli Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd are jointly supporting projects in the following areas.

 

Funding Scale and Period

Key program, each project up to RMB 2,400,000 (direct costs), and the period is 4 years.

Eligibility:

  • Applicant should have experience to conduct basic research and hold a senior professional title (Tenure-track Assistant Prof. or above).
  • Applicant can only apply for one program under “joint funds with private enterprises”.
  • Joint Funds with private enterprises are NOT counted towards the “two-project” limit at the time of application. Once the application is accepted and routed for review, it will be counted towards the “two-project” limit.
