About:

To promote the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, applications are now open for the first phase of the 2026 Emergency Management Project, "Research on the Integration and Development of Technological Innovation and Industrial Innovation".

Eligibility:

1. Applicants must hold a senior professional technical position (title) or a doctoral degree.
2. Postdocs, people who are currently pursuing a graduate degree, or don’t have an employer institution or whose institution is not a registered host institution cannot apply.
3. This project is not counted toward the limit of two concurrent applications or ongoing projects for personnel with senior professional technical positions (titles).
4. In principle, an applicant may only apply for one Specialized Project (including Emergency Management Projects) within the same calendar year.
5. Individuals currently leading or participating in an ongoing Emergency Management Project of the Department of Management Sciences of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) that has not yet been concluded are ineligible to apply for this Emergency Management Project, either as a principal investigator or as a participant.
