Professor Chun-Gang Duan earned his Ph.D. degree in theoretical physics from Institute of Physics, Beijing, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, in 1998. Then he worked in University of Nebraska, USA, from 1998 to 2007. In 2008, he joined Department of Electronic Engineering, East China Normal University as full professor. He is now the Director of Key Laboratory of Polar Materials and Devices, Ministry of Education.

Published more than 120 papers in Nature Comm., Nano Lett.‚ Phys. Rev. Lett.‚ Adv. Mater., Adv. Func. Mater. and so on with total SCI citations for more than 3000.
