Shizan Fang is a Visiting Professor of Mathematics at NYU Shanghai. He obtained a Bachelor's degree from Wuhan University in 1985 and a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from University of Paris VI in 1990. In 1996, he became Professor at University of Burgundy (Dijon, France), where he was appointed Professor of Exceptional Class in 2014. Dr. Fang's research interests mainly focus on geometry and stochastic analysis.
