Congratulations to Professor Bing Qi for being elected as a 2024 Optica Fellow! Professor Qi is being honored for his “outstanding and sustained contributions to the research and development of quantum secure communication and fiber optic sensing." Professor Qi recently joined NYU Shanghai as an Associate Professor of Physics and a member of the NYU-ECNU Institute of Physics at NYU Shanghai, and the Institute is excited to see the future development of his work!
