Dr. Li received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from East China Normal University (ECNU), China. Since 2017, he has been a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the State Key Laboratory of Precision Spectroscopy at ECNU. And he is engaged in studies in the single-photon detection technique and its applications, such as laser ranging, multi-beam laser imaging and laser communication.
