Social Work supervision theories, practices, and challenges were introduced during this workshop, along with many practical field examples and role-play to allow the trainees to have the hands-on experience in providing proper supervising for social work students and junior social workers.
The trainees, most of whom from social service organizations in Shanghai possess years of rich experiences in practicing social services in the field. They have expressed their appreciations for the importance of such training workshop in raising the quality of social service delivery in Shanghai as well as nurturing the next generations of social workers through proper supervision.
