Vladas Sidoravicius joined NYU and NYU Shanghai in 2015.  He works on discrete probability, statistical mechanics, percolation theory, random media, and particle systems. He has been an Invited Speaker at the International Congress of Mathematicians and is a longstanding research partner with colleagues at NYU’s Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences.
