Abstract:
Biased random walks on Galton-Watson trees are a particular model of random walk in random environment. We will review results on the transient case and the recurrent case. We will show how to find a formula for the speed of the random walk in the transient case, and will give the scaling limit of the trace of the random walk in the recurrent case, which is a joint work with L. de Raphélis.
