Theresa Loo is an Adjunct Professor at NYU Shanghai. She is also a Visiting Scholar at East China Normal University. She holds a PhD from Manchester Business School.
Dr. Loo is a veteran in the marketing and communication industries, where she has worked in advertising and consumer research in the UK, China and Hong Kong. Before joining NYU Shanghai, she was the Chief Knowledge Officer of Ogilvy & Mather China, where she was responsible for thought leadership, marketing research and consumer insights. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge with students and she teaches in undergraduate and MBA programs at key universities in Shanghai and Beijing on a part-time basis.
