In this talk, Richard Xu, Mattel HR Head, Greater China and Asia Pac, will discuss how businesses in China are ‘reinventing themselves’ to align with the new realities.
With over fifteen years experience in human resources management, Richard Xu is HR Head, Greater China and Asia Pac for Matel. In this position, Xu directs overall management of HR including talent acquisition, management changes, and M&A at Matel in China and Asia. Richard Xu has previously worked for world famous enterprises including Novartis, Diageo and Virtuos, and has built up his cross-boundary industries experience in digital gaming, healthcare, Wine & Spirits as well as consumer good. Mr. Xu graduated from KEDGE Business School and holds dual master degrees in Finance and Management.
